Returns

At Merveys Collection, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have a comprehensive returns process in place to address any issues.

We will do our best to ensure that each order is shipped within the stated time frame. However, shipping and handling times may occasionally take longer. Therefore, we will not issue refunds based solely on longer-than-expected delivery dates. We take great care to pack our products securely to minimize the risk of shipping damage.

All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, unused, 100% complete, and include all original packing materials. If necessary, please use additional protective outer packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for issues communicated after this 14-day period. Please ensure the goods are returned without damage. If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable packaging that offers adequate protection during transport.

If an item is returned to us for any reason, it will be re-listed without a refund unless the buyer requests reshipment at their own expense.

Please Note:

• Refunds will only be issued upon receiving and verifying the returned product.
• Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
• Custom duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Merveys Collection is not responsible for transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary depending on the package’s destination, especially during peak periods.
